1. Introduction
Welcome to Lila Bakery (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1 Placing Orders
- Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or in-store at least 24 hours before your desired pick-up date (earlier orders are welcome). We cannot guarantee an order if it’s placed later than that.
- All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
2.2 Payment
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for in-store purchases.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled up to 3 days before the scheduled pickup time. To cancel, please contact us directly.
- Special orders or custom cakes may require a longer notice period for cancellations.
3.2 Cancellation
- Refunds will be issued for orders canceled within the permitted time frame.
- If the product is defective or not as described, a refund will be processed upon the return of the product.
- We do not provide refunds for personalized or decorated cakes if the issue relates to preferences such as decor, color, or other details, unless the error is on our part.
- If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order and a refund is issued, the time it takes to receive the funds depends on your bank and may take 5 to 30 business days.
4. Pickup and Delivery
- We do NOT provide delivery unless agreed upon in advance.
- Orders are available for pick-up only during the working hours of our bakery.
- If you need to pick up your order earlier or later than the specified hours, please contact us in advance via Instagram or email. Without prior arrangement, we cannot guarantee pick-up outside these hours.
- Pick-up times may vary depending on our workload

6. Order Storage
Orders will be stored for up to 5 days. If you fail to pick up your order within this period and haven’t informed us at least 24 hours in advance, we’ll unfortunately have to dispose of your order without issuing a refund.
7. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
- Our products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us at the time of ordering.
- While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free of allergens.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lila Bakery and is protected by copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
