Our festive menu features a selection of traditional Ukrainian dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic recipes:

• Olivier with Chicken – a classic holiday salad with tender chicken, vegetables, and creamy dressing.

• Shuba (Herring Under a Fur Coat) – layered salad with herring, potatoes, carrots, and beetroot, prepared without onions for an even smoother taste.

• Pomegranate Bracelet Salad with Chicken – a vibrant layered salad with chicken, vegetables, and a juicy crown of fresh pomegranate seeds.

• Chicken Liver Salad with Korean-Style Carrots – a flavorful combination of sautéed chicken liver and lightly spiced Korean carrots.

Each salad weighs 450–500 g.

We also offer two festive delicacies:

• Turkey & Beef Aspic (Holodets) – 400 g, made from turkey and beef, no pork.

• Chicken Liver Pâté with Cranberry Topping – 400 g, silky smooth pâté finished with a bright cranberry layer
